You take a regular old bad...we found ours at Target (made of really sturdy canvas for $4.99)
and turn it into the most amazing canvas bag I've ever seen!
I believe her tutorial is found here. Like I said, my MIL, the Queen of Craft was here, so we eyeballed it. Try it, you'll like it!
